INW California Transparency in Supply Chains Disclosure

Verification

INW is committed to ensuring compliance and meeting ethical standards in both its own workforce and facilities and among its suppliers. The company maintains and reviews a Supplier Code of Conduct outlining its expectations for all suppliers, which is also published on the company’s website. Among other commitments to high ethical standards and human rights, INW strictly prohibits its suppliers from utilizing or tolerating human trafficking or slavery its own workforce and supply chain. INW vets its suppliers and their principals to ensure compliance with applicable law.

Audit

INW reserves the right to audit and inspect its suppliers and supply chain network. Business activities may be suspended pending the outcome of any audit or inspection. Audits and inspections may be conducted with or without notice for any suspected or actual violations of the Supplier Code of Conduct.

Certification

All INW suppliers doing business with INW, any of its affiliates and subsidiaries, are subject to the Supplier Code of Conduct and must adhere to all requirements outlined therein.

Internal Accountability

INW expects its employees, agents, and contractors to adhere to its Standards of Conduct, along with all applicable laws and regulations. In the event a complaint is raised by any employee or associate, all complaints are investigated in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, and the appropriate action, if any, is taken. Employees and associates found to be conducting themselves outside of compliance with INW’s policies and applicable laws may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination.

Training

INW provides regular training to its employees, including team leaders and other management staff. Topics are varied and may include items such as recognizing signs of exploitation, reporting mechanisms, and the legal obligations of managers and the company.
